As part of our commitment to ethical business and in support of our partnership with Products of Change (POC), the Ethical Supply Chain Program will sponsor POC's 2025 Conference. The Products of Change Conference will take place on November 5th at the Royal Geographical Society, London and brings together brand owners, retailers, and manufacturers.

This year's Conference will focus on how sustainability isn’t just about responsibility, but resilience and scalable business models in a fast-changing world. Speakers include represenatitives from: LEGO, Tesco, Organic Sound (part of Hallotex), Smol, Open Planet and IKEA.

“ESCP is proud to sponsor the Products of Change Conference as it reflects our shared commitment to strengthening ethical and sustainable practices across global supply chains. We fully support POC’s efforts to equip businesses with the tools, insights, and resources they need to meet rising social and environmental standards while driving positive change,” comments Todd Merton, Director of Member and Partnership Growth, ESCP.

From major investments in renewable energy and recycled materials to phasing out plastics and piloting second-hand marketplaces, IKEA is embedding circularity and innovation at the heart of its business. This session will explore how a retail giant is transforming operations to build a low-impact, future-fit model – showing that what’s good for the planet can also fuel commercial success.

Also joining the Conference and continuing its partnership with POC is innovation and investment hub for sustainable material development, The Mills Fabrica. Leading the conversation will be Amy Tsang, head of Europe at the Mills Fabrica, alongside a panel of innovators the organisation is working with. Each innovator will present their sustainable technologies which are reimagining the possible of how consumer goods and licensed products are made.

This year’s Conference will also see the return of the POC SDG Awards, in partnership with the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Across the Products of Change community, more than 1,500 individuals are driving sustainability action within their businesses. But who is going above and beyond? The awards celebrate the pioneers, the innovators, and the leaders who are shaping the future of our industry.

The POC Conference is enabled by a roster of supporting companies, each playing a part in the education and advancement of our industry on its path towards sustainability. Supporters of the Conference so far include Dreamtex, Warner Bros, TDP, BBC Studios, the Natural History Museum, Fabacus, the Wombles, Difuzed, RDP, and the Ethical Supply Chain (ESCP).
