ESCP appoints new Director of Compliance & Capability Building

Today, the Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) is pleased to announce the appointment of April Yu as Director, Compliance & Capability Building.

April brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, as an integral part of the Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) for over 13 years, she will further contribute her expertise and leadership to the program’s development and success. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Program Monitoring &Development, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening oversight and advancing program impact.

In her new role, April will lead a newly established team that brings together all activities related to certification, audit, and assessments, as well as training events. This integrated approach will strengthen our ability to support partners, ensure compliance, and build capability across the supply chain.
