The teacher training started in early July with two in-person sessions — one in Shanghai and another in Dongguan. The first training session was successfully held in Shanghai, with a total of 13 participants, including 8 teachers from various factories, 1 LEGO intern, 3 training facilitators, and ESCP FFS program manager, Molly Jiang. The training covered topics like child development, course design, and classroom management with practical exercises.
The Dongguan session was bigger, with 40 teachers attending. Trainers focused on Safe Childcare and Learning Through Plan, and they worked together on FFS activities.
For those who couldn’t join in person, ESCP also held online training, which 29 people completed.
This year, the FFS program will continue supporting factories with quality childcare, helping workers balance work and family. Through training, fun activities, and safe spaces, we aim to create a warm and joyful environment for the kids.
