This year, 2025 marks the biggest year for the Family-Friendly Spaces (FFS) program with a total of 59 childcare spaces in 57 factories and 2 community centres – 17 new and 42 repeating across China and Vietnam. This continuous growth reflects a strong commitment to building more inclusive, family-supportive workplaces.
This week, factories participating in the 2025 FFS program celebrated opening ceremonies to officially kick off this year’s summer activities. The FFS program continues to support supply chain workers by providing their children with a safe, fun, and educational environment to socialize and learn during the summer months.
The ceremonies featured speeches from factory leaders, ESCP representatives, and program sponsors, highlighting the exciting learning opportunities and activities planned for the children this summer.
Guests and children joined in playing with donated toys and interactive games, experiencing firsthand the joy of Learning Through Play. Thanks to generous contributions from our sponsors, the spaces were filled with laughter and fun as kids explored their creativity and built teamwork skills under the guidance of dedicated teachers.
Our General Manager, Anita Lo, also attended several FFS opening ceremonies at different factories. She took a memorable photo with a girl who has been part of the FFS program since it first launched in 2016, marking a heartwarming moment of connection and growth.
We are proud to be announced as the recipient of the Partnerships for Purpose Award at the 2025 Shared Value Awards for the impacts of our Family-Friendly Factory program.
The collaboration between WRAP & ESCP underscores a shared commitment to protecting workers and supporting companies in achieving their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives.
Marketplace has just arrived to ESCP's Connect Platform – enhancing transparency, visibility and streamlining the sourcing process.
