Carmel Giblin is the President & CEO of the Ethical Supply Chain Program and has been with the organisation since February 2015. She is responsible for the overall success of ESCP globally.  

Carmel believes passionately that businesses globally have a duty to behave responsibly, at all times protecting the rights of their workers, the communities in which they operate and the environment in which they live and work and is proud to be part of the world’s leading initiative committed to improving the lives of workers involved in toy and juvenile products production.

Before joining the Ethical Supply Chain Program, Carmel was the CEO of Sedex for five years – an organisation that, under her leadership, grew to become the largest technology and services company operating in the responsible sourcing sector globally.

Carmel’s earlier roles include: Head of Corporate Responsibility & Accessibility at Sky, Europe’s leading entertainment company, Buyer at retailers Somerfield, Waitrose, and Exxon Mobil and in supplier organisations Britvic Soft Drinks and Allied Domecq in roles that included customer management, risk management and organisational design and effectiveness reviews.

Johnny joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program as the General Manager of Asia Operations in February 2017. Promoted to the Chief Operating Officer in 2022, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of the organization globally.

Before joining ESCP, Johnny worked at Decolav, a US-based design house of high-quality furniture and bathroom products, where he was the Managing Director of Asia Operations. Prior to this, he was the Senior Sourcing Manager at Lowe’s Global Sourcing Hong Kong Ltd. He brings a wealth of leadership and operational management experience to the Ethical Supply Chain Program team, gained from his 22 years working in the international manufacturing industry.

He received a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Victoria in Canada and a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the City University of Hong Kong.

Anita joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program as Program Director in January 2019 and was promoted to General Manager in January 2022. She is responsible for overseeing the Asia operations, monitoring and development of the Ethical Supply Chain Program program, ensuring quality and integrity throughout its implementation, advancing the Connect Platform, and supporting delivery of world-class training and capability building programs.Before joining ESCP, Anita worked at OBI, a German DIY retailer as a Head of Division for the Technic team. Before this, she was the Sourcing Director at Lowe’s Global Sourcing Hong Kong Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience sourcing from suppliers in China and Asia and with 10+ years of senior managerial experience.  She has great knowledge of the global supplier base and strong strategic vendor development experience.  She has proven to be a strong leader able to inspire the team to the next level. Todd joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2021 as the Head of Business Development with a focus on strengthening relationships with existing Program Members and securing new members in the retailer, toy manufacturer and brand licensing categories. Based in the United States, Todd has extensive experience in business development in the professional sports and athletic apparel industries and has worked with some of the largest entertainment brands in the world securing large scale licensing partnerships with the likes of Marvel, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, and ViacomCBS. Todd is excited about the opportunity to work with the world’s leading retailers, toy companies and brands to ensure their products are being made in the most ethical manner and improving the lives of the workers responsible for that production. April joined Ethical Supply Chain Program’s China team in July 2012 as Supervisor, was progressively promoted to the Senior Manager of Program Monitoring and Development Team where she leads the team's overall operation. April supervises audit-related technical affairs, including policy & checklist updates, audit result review, audit decision making, audit firms management. She heads the PM team to provide tailored engagements with suppliers in the Certification Program, such as GA (Gap Analysis) and OE (On-site Engagement), to support factories in different stages of compliance in the ESCP certification program. April also actively communicates & supports buyer members’ responsible sourcing team.April received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration. She previously worked in an international third-party audit firm as a team leader, where she led 10+ team members. She was accredited by different programs and buyers such as ESCP, RBA and SA8000, therefore, obtained enriched audit experience through 1000+ audits in China and Southeast Asia.Languages spoken : English and Mandarin

Philip joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in January 2016 as Senior Specialist of the Program Monitoring & Development Team; in 2018, he was transferred to lead the development of the Program Support & Engagement team. Philip is mainly responsible for overseeing and managing the Progress Visit (PV) Program of ESCP, an announced factory visit to review and discuss progress in maintaining ESCP social compliance standards.Philip and his team add value to the factories by sharing best practice ideas and featuring Q&A sessions where factory management can learn to incorporate ESCP Certification requirements into their management system. He also looks after integrity and anti-corruption programs for the organization. Philip holds a Bachelor of law, is certified as an IRCA Leader Auditor, and has 10+ years of social compliance experience. Before joining the Ethical Supply Chain Program, Philip led a team of 10, in one of the largest multinational audit firms, assuring report quality and assessing the capability of new auditors.Languages spoken : English and Mandarin

Áine joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2015 as Communications Assistant and in 2016 was promoted to Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications focusing on marketing, branding, and communications including delivering our rebrand and new website in 2018. In 2020, Áine began managing the Social Impact Program based in the London office. This tool focuses on the use and effectiveness of management systems within factories, which should be in place to support good labor standards. Áine holds a BA in French and Management from King’s College London. She brings experience in communications, digital marketing, and graphic design and is passionate about design and business as a force for good. Aoife joined ESCP in 2020, as an Intern working on Worker Well-Being program development. Since joining, she has worked as a Partnerships Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Membership Executive and in 2024, was promoted to Marketing & Communications Manager. She is responsible for creating and managing content across various communication channels, designing marketing materials, developing communications plans as well as looking after the program's global buyer members. Aoife was motivated to work for ESCP, a non-profit ethical organisation, as she fervently believes marketing should be used to positively influence stakeholders. Before starting at ESCP, Aoife studied European Languages with business studies at University College London (UCL). Tim is a Senior Assessment Specialist in the Social Impact Team, based in the London Office. Tim joined as an Assessment Specialist, Social Impact Program in March 2022 and was promoted to Senior Assessment Specialist in 2024. He is responsible for conducting social impact assessments and supporting companies in the program. This tool focuses on the use and effectiveness of management systems within factories, to support effective labor standards implementation. Tim was motivated to work for ESCP, a non-profit ethical organization, as he believes that the social impact program will make a positive change for people, the planet, and business.Prior to joining ESCP, Tim graduated from the University of Southampton with an MSc in Sustainability and from the University of Portsmouth with a BA in Geography. Aria joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2024 as a Marketing and Communication Assistant. She is responsible for managing communications with audiences based in Asia, supporting marketing campaigns across various communication channels and ensuring the consistent implementation of the corporate brand and marketing strategy. Mandy joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in June 2017 and was promoted to Administrative Executive later. Her responsibilities include managing the full set of books and daily operations, assisting the preparation of month-end closing and accounting reports, as well as providing support to the Human Resources functions. Christine joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in June 2019 as Program Executive based in Hong Kong, advanced into the position of Senior Program Executive in 2022. She looks after factory applications, audit arrangements, and the issuance of certification. Eric joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in March 2020 as an Assistant Manager of the Program Support & Engagement team. He is responsible for the Progress Visit (PV) Program, where he works to develop & enhance the PV program. Eric is dedicated to supporting factories improve up to the ESCP certification’s standard by providing advice and best practices after going through the root cause analysis with the factory management. Eric has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, he worked at plastic factories for 10 years as a quality manager, moved to a renowned Toy Brand as a compliance manager for 13 years, as well as served as Assistant Supervisor and Operation Director at the audit firms. He brings insights on suppliers’ capability building, C-TPAT, and quality management to the organization. Eric received a Bachelor of applied chemistry from Shenzhen University. Peking joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2019 as a Senior Specialist and was promoted to Supervisor of the Program Support & Engagement Team based in China. He is responsible for conducting Progress Visits, supporting factories in the implementation of the appropriate corrective action plans, monitoring the performance of the accredited firms, as well as conducting factory onsite training. Peking has 10+ years of social compliance and supplier management experience from two third-party audit firms and a Trading company. Luke Wu joined the ICTI Ethical Toy Program in 2022 as a Supervisor of the Program Support & Engagement Team based in Nanjing City in Jiangsu Province on the Yangtze River Delta areas. His responsibilities including conducting Progress Visits, supporting factories in the implementation of the appropriate corrective action plans, monitoring the performance of the accredited firms, as well as supporting in factory onsite training and Program Monitoring team in North China.Luke has 10+ years of social compliance and quality system management experience from three audit firms.  He graduated from Zhejiang University and holds a Bachelor of mechanical engineering, and is certified as an SA8000 Auditor.Languages spoken : English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Joyce joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2019 as a Specialist and later promoted to Senior Specialist in the Program Support & Engagement Team based in China. She conducts Progress Visits and supports the investigation into the reports from the ESCP Workers Helpline. She also monitors the performance of the accredited audit firms to ensure the PV visits & reports are of high quality. Joyce has 10+ years’ experience in compliance in a third-party audit firm and trading company where she conducted compliance audits and monitored the compliance sustainability for customers. Manson joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2022 as a Senior Specialist in the Program Support & Engagement Team based in South China. He is responsible for conducting Progress Visits, supporting factories in the implementation of the appropriate corrective action plans, and monitoring the performance of the accredited firms.Manson has over 10 years’ experience in a group printing enterprise as a Senior CSR manager and is good at handling internal audit, assessing the capability of all management system, arranging and conducting training to all factory employees, and managing the audits of different compliance programs. Jojo has been with ESCP’s China team since March 2013. Promoted to Manager of Program Monitoring & Development team in 2022. She is responsible for audit firms management, factory capacity building, and auditor training. She also supports certification program review and enhancement. Before joining the Ethical Supply Chain Program, Jojo worked with an international third-party audit firm and supervised a group of social compliance auditors, and managed their daily operations.Jojo holds an MBA from Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her academic background enabled her to understand the operational challenges of the supply chain, allowing her to incorporate learnings into ESCP's Factory Remediation Program through root cause analysis to drive sustainable improvement.   Languages spoken : English and Mandarin

Serena joined the ESCP China team in 2016 and was promoted to Supervisor in 2022. She is responsible to manage the assigned audit firms to ensure the quality of their performance. She also takes care of inquiries from the factories, supports them to implement appropriate corrective action plans, and assist in the creation of educational video and Q&As to help factories improve up to the ESCP standard. Before joining the Ethical Supply Chain Program, she worked at an ESCP-accredited audit firm as an auditor and technical reviewer for 4 years on Social Compliance Audit, EMS and C-TPAT audits. David joined the ESCP China team in 2016 as a Specialist advance into the position of supervisor in 2022. He is responsible for onsite engagements and QC audits for the certification Program. In addition to that, he also reviews audit reports to monitor the audit quality of the accredited parties. David has over 10 years of social audit experience at brands and international trading companies where he conducted factory audits and provided training for factories in mainland China for continuous improvement. Julia joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in Nov 2020 as Senior Specialist - Program Monitoring & Development. She is responsible for reviewing audit reports, monitoring the audit quality of accredited parties, and conducting capacity building for factory members. Maria joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2022 as Senior Specialist - Program Monitoring & Development. She is responsible for monitoring the audit quality, working with both factories and accredited audit firms for audit-related technical issues. As a team member, she also participates in the capacity building program for factory members. Maria has more than 10 years of experience in social audit, worked at renowned third-party audit firms, and obtained enriched audit experience in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Southeast Asia. Sam joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2016 as a Senior Specialist based in China, appointed to the position of Manager in 2022 as he in-charges of capacity building activities and handling technical inquiries in China. He holds an SA 8000 certificate, the certificate of Registered Safety Engineer, Human Resources Professional (Grade 1) and Psychological Consultation (Grade 3).Sam has over 11 years of experience in supply chain management helping Chinese numerous factories develop & execute their Corrective Action Plans, and he has over 12 years of experience in factory management. Molly joined the ESCP's Program and Monitoring team in 2013 as a Specialist where she conducted factory social audits and assist factories to implement the appropriate corrective actions plan. In 2015, she was appointed to focus on Worker Well-being, such as ESCP's Worker Helpline and Family-Friendly Spaces (FFS) program to advance working conditions and facilitate better worker-management relations within the factories. She was promoted to the manager of the team to assist the General Manager to develop the flagship of the Worker Wellbeing Programs in 2022.Molly has 8 years of social audit experience at factories and 2 years at brands; she is also experienced in human resource management.Languages spoken : English, Mandarin and Cantonese (basic)

Nancy joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2016 as a Specialist based in China. Nancy workes closely with Molly to execute the Worker Well-being Programs. She has more than 10 years’ experience working for a multinational electronic manufacturing factory and Telecoms company, where she worked to monitor the compliance status and sustainable development in their supply chain. Ann joined the IETP’s China team in 2018 and advanced to the position of Senior Specialist in 2020. Ann is responsible for the operations of the IETP Worker Helpline by providing advice and counseling to factory workers on work-related and personal affairs. Shalin joined ESCP 2018 as a Specialist based in China, responsible for the operations of the ESCP Worker Helpline by providing advice and counseling to factory workers on work-related and personal affairs. Amy Zhang joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2022 as a Specialist of the Program Support & Engagement Team, responsible for the operations of the ESCP Worker Helpline by providing advice and counseling to factory workers on work-related and personal affairs. She has over 10 years’ experience in human resource administration, employee relations, and the ISO 45001 system. Amy holds the second level certificate of human resource and graduated from Hunan University of Science and Technology, majoring in Chinese Language and Literature.Languages spoken : English and Mandarin

Leo joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in April 2023 as a Specialist of the Program Support & Engagement Team, responsible for the operations of the Worker Well-being Programs. Amber joined ICTI's Ethical Supply Chain Program in February 2024 as a Program Executive based in Hong Kong. She handles ICA and IAA registrations, audit arrangements, certificate issuance, and assists in organizing ICA online training. She works closely with factories and accredited audit firms. Jane joined the ICTI Ethical Toy Program as the Senior Specialist for South East Asia in November 2018. She is responsible for enhancing overseas support from IETP to suppliers and audit firms in SEA, especially in Vietnam.Jane is based in Vietnam; she is responsible for engagement with suppliers, vendors, clients and auditors in Vietnam and SEA. Jane provides support on interpretation of local laws, handles Progress Visit with experience, establishes relationships between suppliers and auditors of audit firms and vendors, and arranges suppliers’ annual training and auditors’ annual calibration training for Vietnam and SEA. Before joining the Ethical Toy Program, Jane spent three years working for Underwriters Laboratory VN as Operations Manager of Responsible Sourcing Department in charge of CSR audits and training. Prior to this, she was Assistant to Operations Manager of Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services VN; Deputy Technical Manager of Bureau Veritas Certification and auditors for SA 8000 for nearly 13 years and lead auditor of clients COC, SA 8000, SMETA/Ethical Trade audit, C-TPAT, ISO 9001:2015 and other clients standards. During over 15 years’ experience in CSR audit, suppliers’ training and management, she has trained up many auditors in CSR field during working for BVCPS and UL RS. With this wealth of experience, she brings expertise and support to all suppliers in SEA on the ICTI Ethical Toy Program and local laws.Jane received a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry at the Science University of HCMC, Vietnam and a Bachelor of Business Administrative at the HCMC Economic University of HCMC, Vietnam.Languages spoken : Vietnamese and English

Donna joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in March 2024 as a Program Specialist – in charge of Family Friendly Factory program in Vietnam.

She has a Bachelor degree in Social Work & Community Development and extensive experience in community development work. Since 2008, she has worked for NGOs and local government to implement projects on livelihood, climate change, child protection & education and healthcare.

She is passionate about development work. Joining ESCP, she hopes to contribute her part to improve workers' well-being as well as their families' stability and happiness.

Apple Nguyen joined ESCP in 2024 as a Program Assistant. In this role, she supports the implementation of Worker Well-Being programs and other special projects. She aids in the administration and planning of the Factory Certification Program, collaborates with the global Marketing & Communications team to support member and market communications, and provides administrative support for events including member meetings and training seminars. Additionally, Apple assists team colleagues with various administrative and reporting tasks and helps maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation such as work plans, progress reports, and impact assessment reports.Before starting at ESCP, Apple studied Hospitality Management at Van Lang University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. She has a diverse skill set that includes HR, event operation, negotiation, customer service, and team leadership. Apple is fluent in Vietnamese and has intermediate proficiency in English.

Edena Low is Founder and CEO of The AdviXory, a global Advisory Practice which helps organisations navigate challenges in business and supply chains through public affairs, sustainability and human capital strategies.She is also Chair at the Ethical Toy Program, the ethical supply chain program for the global toy and entertainment industry.  The Program brings manufacturers, brands, retailers and civil society partners together to monitor, manage and fix social sustainability issues predominantly in the toy industry supply chain and to support the well-being of factory workers.In addition, Edena is also a Board Risk Committee member at Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong.  Her work on the committee focuses on advising the organisation on best practices in the identification and mitigation of risks and building a strong risk culture.

Edena spent 11 years at Mattel Inc. where she lead global teams in the implementation of strategies across the corporation in sustainability, social compliance and audit, health and safety, public affairs and legal matters.  Her efforts lead to a significant reduction in workplace injuries and critical issues at factories worldwide, improvements in practices related to combatting modern slavery, and the adoption of environmentally sustainable approaches across its operations, products and packaging.Edena was a founding board member at the Asia Toy and Play Association and chaired Mattel’s Women@Mattel ’s Hong Kong chapter, advocating and raising awareness around Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Edena has more than 25 years of legal, public affairs, social and environmental sustainability experience across the globe.  She has also had stints at Group RCI, American Standard, Iomega and Ingram Micro, all US Listed corporations, after she began her career as a corporate lawyer at Singapore’s largest law firm of Allen & Gledhill. In her free time, Edena enjoys playing tennis and varied food experiences.

Alain Délétroz is the director General of Geneva Call.A Swiss and French national, Alain Délétroz has an experience of more than twenty years of work in conflict regions or in countries under strong political tensions. His areas of expertise include the Andean countries and Brasil; Russia, North/South Caucasus and Central Asia; EU external action; West Africa; conflict assessment and conflict resolution; democratic reforms, humanitarian assistance.His professional background includes: Executive in Residence at the Geneva Center for Security Policy (2014-2017), Vice-President at the International Crisis Group, Brussels (2002-2013); director, Open Society Institute, Tashkent, 1998–2002; delegate International Committee of the Red Cross, Moscow, 1994–1998; Adult literacy and capacity building project manager, Interteam, Carabaya, Peru, 1986–1991.At the International Crisis Group he authored a series of articles on almost all the conflicts covered by this organization. At the GCSP he chaired a discreet diplomatic process on a major protracted conflict. And now at Geneva Call he is engaged in a permanent humanitarian dialogue with close to 80 armed non state actors around the globe.

Mr Délétroz holds a Masters from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, as well as bachelors in cultural anthropology, sociology of organizations and Russian studies from Paris IV and V - Sorbonne, and in Quecha language from the Institut National des Langues Orientales. Fluent in English, French, German, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Quecha, he has authored and edited several books, from a monograph on Carabaya province - Peru, to Russian text books, a guide to Quecha grammar and an essay on Russia.

Anne-Mette is Global Head of Responsible Sourcing at the LEGO Group. She has over 25 years leadership experience in the corporate responsibility and legal world currently heading up the LEGO Group’s Responsible Sourcing program, covering LEGO production sites, suppliers and the licensing business globally. In this role, she has developed several strategic reviews of the LEGO Group’s Responsible Sourcing part of the wider LEGO Group Sustainability strategy. As part of the sustainability strategy the Responsible Sourcing team has recently launched the LEGO Group’s capability building program.

Previously, Anne-Mette held CSR and leadership roles at the LEGO Group with focus on Procurement contracts, social citizenship, children’s rights and sustainability reporting. She has also for a period served as interim head of the LEGO® Sustainable Product and Packaging team with focus on Environmental responsibility. She is an innovative problem solver, dedicated to drive change and impact that benefits people in the supply chain while also keeping an eye on finding pragmatic and business focused solutions. Outside of the LEGO Group, she likes to spend time with her family, preferably outdoors hiking or skiing. Anne-Mette has more than 25 years of legal, social and environmental sustainability experience. Before joining the LEGO Group she worked as corporate lawyer.

Geoffrey Greenberg is Co-President of Just Play Toys, LLC. Geoffrey Greenberg is Co-Founder of Just Play, LLC, the #7 toy company in North America. Since its inception in 2010, he has overseen Product Development, Marketing, Licensing, and Operations. He was instrumental in establishing Just Play’s operations in Asia, building an office of over 200 people as well as forming manufacturing and R&D facilities. Domestically, he was responsible for building the team and facilities in the Pennsylvania and California corporate offices of over 100 people.

Heather Canon is Senior Director for Responsible Sourcing at Target, responsible for the strategy and implementation of global programs to elevate social and environmental performance in the supply chain.With over 20 years of cross-sector experience promoting supply chain sustainability, she excels in developing partnerships to accelerate innovation and impact, most notably co-founding the social enterprise behind the award-winning Laborlink technology to surface more reliable insight from over 5 million factory workers, and launching Fair Trade certification for apparel and home goods, delivering a transparent financial benefit directly to workers.After a successful acquisition of Laborlink, she led ELEVATE’s Capacity Building teams: Worker Engagement, Factory Services, and eLearning. She brings together previous industry experience with Columbia Sportswear Company and field experience working with small-scale cotton farmers in West Africa.Heather holds a Master’s degree in Economic Development from Harvard Kennedy School and has been recognized as an Asia 21 Young Leader and Purpose Economy 100 global changemaker.

Incorporated in 1948, Kader has been in the Toys industry since the 1950s. Ivan is the third generation of the family involved in the business, which is in the production of toys and plastic products. His childhood home was above Kader’s production facilities and offices. Fascinated by the manufacturing process and the machinery involved, he often visited the production floors when he was a child.After graduating from college, he joined the company in 1997 and had been responsible for implementing Kader’s then ICTI Care Certification, as well as implementing its ISO9000 Quality Control system. He was responsible for the transformation of the Company’s proprietary brand, Bachmann Trains, from mainly a manufacturer of toy train sets to becoming a leading brand in the hobby market by focusing on the product quality and delivery.He is passionate about product quality and is concerned about the sustainability in products.  Together with his wife, Angie, and in partnership with San Francisco based designers Susan and Chloe Pate, he developed Apple Park.  Apple Park focuses on offering baby and toddler items that use the best organic materials.He serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Toys Council. He also served on Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Toys Advisory Board.  In other non-Industry capacities, he was the Chairman of Global Board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Chairman of the Hong Kong Exporters’ Association.

May Liang is President of the China Toy and Juvenile Products Association (CTJPA). In addition, Mrs. Liang has assumed the role of President of the International Council of Toy Industry (ICTI) since 2015. Prior to becoming President of CTJPA, she was Executive Vice President from 2005 until 2014 and Secretary General from 2000 until 2004.She also serves as Vice Chair of China National Toy Standard Committee and China CCC Committee. Mrs. Liang has served as experienced industry advisor with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNASCA), and National Science and Technology Awards Committee(NSTAC). Prior to joining CTJPA, she had 15 years of experience in government agency, research institute, trading cooperation and engineering factory. Mrs. Liang holds a Master of Engineering from China and an M.B.A. from the United States.

Michael Hyde joined the Character Group in 2005 where he is responsible for the operational management of the Far East operation including sourcing, product development, factory management, quality assurance, quality control, social and ethical supply chain management, and logistics. Michael was appointed to the Main Board of The Character Group in 2011.

Prior to joining Character, Michael spent a number of years working for Mattel Inc., the NASDAQ listed US toy designer and manufacturer, where he held a number of management positions, focusing on brand management, marketing and product development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mandarin Chinese and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Michael Widman is an international business, legal and compliance professional providing strategic and operational advice to consumer brands, retailers and licensees in the areas of responsible sourcing initiatives, social compliance programs, and licensing arrangements.Until recently, Mr. Widman was head of The Walt Disney Company's International Labor Standards (ILS) Program where he built and managed one of the largest and most successful social compliance programs in the world.  During his tenure at Disney, Mr. Widman’s responsibilities included managing a global team in developing and implementing Disney’s strategies and policies relating to the ethical production of Disney’s branded consumer products in Disney’s vertical retail and licensing businesses; overseeing Disney’s global ILS facility monitoring and compliance program; and managing external stakeholder engagement, collaboration and communication activities in the labor standards area.  Mr. Widman also conceived Disney's Supply Chain Investment Program that has provided millions of dollars of grants to programs supporting worker empowerment and improvements in working conditions.  In addition, Mr. Widman was responsible for restructuring Disney's product safety policies and program.  

Mr. Widman has also served as VP of Business Development for Disney’s Corporate Alliances Department where he was the successful development of Disney’s global sponsorship and marketing joint ventures with companies such as American Express, Nestle, GM, Coca-Cola and McDonald’s. Mr. Widman has provided strategic consulting to international enterprises including MasterCard, McDonald's and DIRECTV.

Michel Moggio is currently Director General of FJP, the French toy industry association since 2013.Mr. Moggio was born in France and graduated from HEC Paris business school in 1978. He started his career in marketing functions for blue chip food companies and then gained 20 years of experience in the toy sector as General Manager of Hasbro French subsidiary and afterward Vice President International of Mega Brands inc.Mr. Moggio is also a Board member of Toy Industries of Europe, European Nursery Products Confederation and serves as Vice President at the International Council of Toy industries.

Miguel Angel Martin Gonzalez has been president of the Mexican Toy Industry Association (AMIJU) since 2003 and in 2018 he was elected as President of the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI). Mr Martin is the founder of Proarce, a manufacturer of containers, displays and boxes as well as founder of Industrias Plasticas Martin (Martins Toys) a leading promotional products company in Mexico.

Pamela has more than 25 years of executive and leadership experience and a proven track record of building successful consumer and enterprise brands, enhancing organizational reputation, engaging stakeholders, and developing corporate sustainability practice and capabilities to create value for both business and society. Pamela is currently Global Head of ESG and Sustainability for Kenvue Inc., where she is leading the development of ESG/Sustainability strategy, goals, and programs to deliver on the organization’s long-term vision and goals in alignment with the company’s purpose and values.

Prior to joining Kenvue, Pamela was Global Head of Sustainability and Social Impact for Mattel, a leading toy company with a portfolio of consumers brands including Barbie, Matchbox, Fisher Price, and HotWheels. Before joining Mattel, Pamela held leadership roles in corporate sustainability/responsibility, marketing and communications at Centric Brands, Revlon, The Estée Lauder Companies, and L’Oréal USA, where she built a 21-year career developing corporate practice and growing flagship brands, Lancôme, and L’Oréal Paris. Pamela began her career in marketing at Philip Morris USA, on Marlboro.Recognized by TriplePundt, Forbes and Women in Sustainability Leadership (WSLA) as among the Top Women in Sustainability/CSR, Pamela has two master’s degrees, a MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and an MBA in Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business. She was awarded a BA in Journalism from Pepperdine University. Pamela is a member of the Board of Directors for pulsESG, serves on the Governing Board of ICTI Ethical Toy Program, and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), New York Women in Communications, GreenBiz Executive Network, and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Mr Costa is president of Abrinq Foundation and ABRINQ, the national toy association of Brazil and its charitable foundation. He has worked in the toy association for 35 years, in 1985 he founded ABRINQ as well as the world’s fourth-largest toy fair, ABRIN. Mr Costa has represented Brazil on the International Council of Toy Industries for more than 20 years and is an active participant involved in the original creation of the ICTI CARE Process which became the ICTI Ethical Toy Program as we know it today.27 years ago, Mr Costa founded and chaired the IQB - Toy Certification Institute, which has extensive experience in taking care of the quality of toys that are sold to Brazilian children. 29 years ago, he founded the Abrinq Foundation for the Rights of Children and Adolescents, a non-governmental entity, which, through its programs and projects in the 27 Brazilian states, has supported over 9 million children to date.Mr Costa is passionate about the positive impact the toy industry can have on people’s lives from children across the world to workers in the supply chain.

The lawyer Ulrich Brobeil (55) worked as a partner in a law firm and in a medium-sized company in the sporting goods industry, is married and has two children. Since July 2005 he has completely committed to toys and the German Toy Maker Association (DVSI), meanwhile acting as the managing director.

Bill Reese was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Youth Foundation in 2005, having joined IYF in May 1998 as its Chief Operating Officer. He was President and CEO of Partners of the Americas for twelve years. Previously, he served with the Peace Corps for ten years, first as a volunteer in Salvador, Brazil, then as director of Brazil operations, and in Washington as deputy director of the Latin American and Caribbean region. He currently sits on the board of The Prince's Youth Business International in the UK as well as InterAction, where he served previously as Chair.

Mr. Reese has also joined the Alcatel-Lucent Foundation Board and serves as a board member of two organizations committed to certifying best practices in global supply chains in the apparel and toy industries: W.R.A.P. and ICTI Ethical Toy Program. Reflecting his interest in promoting international volunteerism, he has joined the boards of Encore International Service Corps and Global Citizen Year. Mr. Reese received his BA in Political Science from Stanford University and is a 1995 graduate of the Business School’s Executive Program.
