Woolworths are working to minimise duplication through ‘mutual recognition’. As many of their suppliers are already a part of a social compliance audit program, Woolworths will now accept compliance information from third-party schemes to reduce audit duplication. ICTI Ethical Toy Program has been selected as an approved third-party scheme. The schemes have been selected based on their coverage, governance, relevance to Woolworths at-risk supply chain and alignment to their Standards.

This paper shares the findings of a joint worker survey conducted from October 2021 – March 2023 in labor-intensive manufacturing facilities in exporting countries. The project was a collaboration of six nonprofit social compliance organizations. Workers surveyed worked primarily in Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Italy, and Turkey. The industries represented include electronics, apparel, toys, textiles, and food & beverages

Every child has the right to grow up loved and cared for by their parents. But what if they can’t? An estimated 15 million migrant workers in China – many of whom are factory workers – have left their children behind and only see them once a year. Many others have no choice but to leave their children in dorm rooms during the summer holidays while they work or take them to the factory floor.

IETP 参与了由 Save the Children Vietnam、瑞联稚博（CCR CSR）及 ISMS 合办的 Children's Rights and Business 项目，协助进行工厂调查，以找出父母工人及儿童权益在越南供应链中面对之挑战。越南是个日益重要的生产国，项目的结果能为当地工人所获的福祉提供宝贵的见解。

现在 IETP 再次提醒工厂，请立刻检视正在使用的小咭片及海报是否已经更新，在２０１９年３月１日开始，如工厂还使用旧的海报或小咭片，将会视为不符合项 (审核清单10.4.1项)

从2019年2月1日起, IETP的审核报告都会含有APSCA的注册号码, 大家可以在 Connect平台上查阅。

雇主支付原则 (EPP) 规定，任何工人都不应支付费用而获聘- 招聘的费用不应由工人承担，而应由雇主承担。在全球, 越来越多的玩具行业和其他行业的主要品牌和零售商都采用相继采用EPP。

「男女平等是我国基本国策。促进妇女平等就业，有利于推动妇女更加广泛深入参加社会和经济活动，提升社会生产力和经济活力。党和政府对此高度重视，劳动法、就业促进法、妇女权益保障法等法律法规对保障妇女平等就业权利、不得实施就业性别歧视作出明确规定。」人力资源社会保障部。

As part of our continued partnership Ethical Corporation will provide a professional platform for Ethical Toy Program members to keep up with key sustainability trends, giving them preferential access to webinars and events as well as discounted passes for Responsible Business Summits worldwide. Ethical Toy Program will share thought leadership and best practice examples with the Ethical Corporation community from our successful factory certification and capability building work and worker well-being programs.

The CRBPs are based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and are aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The Principles provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and addressing the impact of business on the rights and well-being of children, requiring business to respect and support children’s rights by both preventing harm and actively safeguarding children’s interests.

Ethical Toy Program then joined others from government, business, the UN, academia and civil society to participate in a business-focused, deep-dive discussion exploring key issues and challenges around family-friendly policies.

Ethical Toy Program will be presenting at the UN Global Compact’s summit on family-friendly policies in New York on July 19, 2019.

ICTI 玩具业责任规范（IETP）在 Connect 平台推出线上反馈机制，让玩具工厂通过保密系统，方便快捷地对现场审核员的表现作出评价。

SIA经过特别的设计，它旨在通过量度企业和其供应链中劳动标准管理系统的有效性，来评估其生产场所、供应商、中介及被授权商对社会的影响力。而社会影响力 (Social Impact) 是指每个企业透过其行动、活动、计划、项目或政策等对大众及社会所产生的影响。

我们很高兴宣布，这个夏天推行FFS 项目的工厂数目创历年新高，18 家工厂一共容纳了 691 名儿童，使 788 名父母能在暑假与子女团聚。
