environmental Impact Assessment

One efficient tool for corporate due diligence & ESG reporting

ESCP has developed an Environmental Assessment for suppliers in any industry, to give users greater oversight into the environmental impact and practices of their suppliers.
The Assessment covers a broad range of environmental areas and can be used as a stand-alone program or combined with the Social Impact Assessment. The Assessment is suitable for integration into existing Environmental initiatives.

Measure, Improve & Verify Your Environmental Performance

The Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) launched its Environmental Assessment module in 2022 to help organisations of all sizes kickstart their ESG reporting journey.

ESCP's tool enables companies to understand the environmental impact of their global supply chain.  By collecting a range of metrics, you can identify meaningful trends and track progress towards the achievement of your company’s commitments and targets.

What’s does the Environmental Impact Assessment cover?

The Assessment covers 12 key environmental areas including Water & Energy Usage, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste levels.

The Assessment process also enables suppliers to share relevant permits and other important documents related to their licence to operate.

Hear from program users

"There will inevitably be difficult times, and you can only tackle problems successfully when they arise if you've got a very good ongoing relationship with suppliers, which ESCP helps us to have."
