To improve supply chain sustainability, users receive instant factory status notifications and can access detailed factory profiles, historical audit data, and download audit reports and certificates. For those who would like to increase supply chain visibility, Connect Platform offers an analytics tool to translate social audit reports into interactive and easy-to-understand charts and graphs.

ESCP's Worker Helpline is supported by real-time supply chain monitoring tool providing compliance alerts and audit data.

Data collected from the Helpline is gathered, analysed & housed in the Connect Platform, where connected business partners can view the number of calls made by workers in their connected factories, understand the topics of these calls, view the number of calls escalated, and export Helpline data for internal analysis.

The Worker Helpline was developed for factory workers employed by the factories under ESCP Program. It is now available to workers in external businesses and sectors including the construction industry.
