Customized Training

Onsite Training Program

To continue to empower factories to make continuous, measurable, and targeted improvements, ESCP debuts its Onsite Training Program. This program will apply the expertise and in-depth knowledge of ESCP specialists, obtained over years of working in the industry to support factory management. Participating factories will receive tailored training, focusing on improving identified priority areas effectively and efficiently.

  • Scope of the Training Program

The content of the training program is flexible as each program is tailored to meet the specific needs of each factory. The programs can cover a wide range of topics to reflect the actual situation and current requirements of each factory.  For example, the program could focus on a particular chapter of the ESCP Audit Checklist, providing feasible suggestions with regards to factories concerns on pain points. During the training course, our specialists will also share FAQs, best practices and their knowledgeable experience with the factories to assist them in meeting ESCP’s requirements.

  • Training Fee

The cost of training begins at USD$1,000. The fee is calculated per tailored program based on individual research & development time combined with the duration of the training program in practice. Factories may extend the training period based upon their needs & requirements, this may require additional cost.

Thanks to the Ethical Supply Chain Program we were able to develop further Responsible Manufacturing by connecting us to the platform of Asian factories and push forward many of the standards that our consumers are requesting. On top of that, we are proud to be part of the network of companies that believe in the program, sharing knowledge and collaborating through different webinars. Last but not least, we confirm the importance of this Certification for our company, but as well for our suppliers, and most importantly, our consumers.

We consider the Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) as one of our key multistakeholder initiatives. ESCP has helped to ensure that factories covered within their program adhere to high ethical standards. Their approach to quality and collaboration has streamlined auditing processes for many and reduces audit duplication. We particularly value the thoroughness of their investigations and the work they do beyond certification, which equips factories with the skills they need to make continuous improvements.
