IETP为工厂会员所聘用的工人提供了一个免费的申诉机制 ─ IETP关爱热线。热线投入运作逾10年，为大约19, 000名工厂工人提供协助。热线服务过程保密，因此本文将会以匿名方式分享以保障有关人士。
